Well today was my day 2 back on the X. Ouch why does it alway have to hurt all the time!!!!
Yesterday and today I woke up at 5am, worked out showered shaved, ate breakfast...and went back to sleeep..lol but at least I have the workout done and over with. And its not like I'm able to go to sleep, just my legs are really sore so it was mostly a "just lie there and try not to move to much" kinda rest. Right now i'm wieghing around 183. Thats way better than the 200 I started with when I first moved up here a year and a half ago, but not were my goals are. I just need to keep at it.
First 2 weeks are always the hardest right.....
My goals this time are to loose another 20 pounds, and to add 5-10 pounds of muscle. So if i can get to the 165/170 range with good definition I'll be happy.

Way to go Stu!!!! Maybe I should take up Judo to lose these last 20 baby weight pounds. :) Well, maybe not...but you ROCK!
