Okay okay okay. Didn't last to long on the other workout. BUT i did figure out, or at least think i have, my problem....I"M BOARD with IT. basically its like 2 workouts thats it, never changeing workout mostly with the same DVDs...ugh no wonder I'm not motivated.
SO I up graded the program, a little early, to P90X. This is like the complete package. Military style type of workouts. I ordered the program, some of the equiptment and I got my kitchen stocked with healthy food.....
This program is a LOT MORE extream. It even tells you not to try this program unless you can pass thier "fit test"....Which i just barly squeeked through....
instead of 2 workouts I have 12. Also it comes with its own meal plan and educational book that talks in depth about nutritional science. Really great. Tomorrow I'm starting and hope to stick with it. first round will be over by July the 11th. I'm sure on tuesday I'm going to be like the TIN MAN and stiff as hell. well wish me luck....AGAIN
