Day 16

Just finished the workout a few hours ago. Its weird I get off work, I workout, and then its late...ugh.....So much for wakeing up way early to get it done. I do wake up alot eariler then I did before just not early enough to workout shower eat then headout.

So far the plan is going really well. I've been eating well, workingout every day that I'm suppose too. My arms, legs and back really feel stronger and more toned. Still have a gut, but rome wasn't built in a day you know.

I no longer feel any pain for the most part. I'm keeping up with the workouts too, still need to take a break here and there but I'm getting better. I no longer feel like throwing up, so thats a good thing.

Here is to being 17% done with only 74 days left
