First week is over…..7 days done….83 days left. By the middle of this week I’ll be into the 70’s as far as days left….Got to keep a prospective to keep me motivated.
Just finished Kempo X. It’s a really good cardio workout using taibo type of moves. Ahhhhh glad its over
Review of the first week:
Diet for the most part is going really well so far. I’m doing a decent job making sure I have the right portions of protein/carbs/fat about 50/30/20%
Workouts are going good too for just starting. With some of the workouts I can’t quite do as many reps but I’ll get there
Soreness is a lot less then before, don’t get me wrong I still feel it. Especially in my glutes, my back and my arms. But its livable, and you got to figure if your not sore at least to some degree your not working hard enough.
I’m also using the message boards on beachbody .com, the people that make p90x. Theres lots of people also doing it that started the same time I did, and they are in way worse shape than I. Which to some degree makes me feel fitter…..
On to week 2!
